Right of withdrawal before delivery
You have the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the transaction before receiving the ordered products. In this case, you send a cancellation at email@example.com to return the price if the products have not been delivered to the courier for delivery. Money will be refunded by depositing on your account (in the case of bank transfer or cash on delivery) or by returning the amount to your credit / debit card.A prerequisite, inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org about your IBAN account number, bank in which you have your account and the name of the beneficiary as listed in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number should be the same person as the one selected in the invoicing data and indicated on the proof of purchase.
If products have already been delivered to the courier, then cancellation will be considered a return of the products as below.
Return of products after delivery
If the choice of product does not meet your expectations, it does not make you the size of whether or if the product is defective, you have the right to request a change of the purchased product. In this case, please let us know:

indicating your order number, your name, the products you return, along with the return reason (eg, small size), and the products with which you want to replace the returned ones.
The change or refund must be made for up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to be accepted by our company.
All products belonging to offers or discounts are not subject to change. In a discount period, the return margin is set at ten (10) calendar days and concerns only number changes, other changes will not be accepted.
All clothes or accessories must not have been washed or worn further. Product labels should not be removed or destroyed in any way. If it turns out that the garment or accessory has been used, the change or refund will not be accepted and will be refunded at the customer's charge.
Laditarosa.com is not responsible for any loss or destruction of the product when transferring the refund.
WARNING: Return products must be in the state shipped from laditarosa.com and received from you, complete and free of damages. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition. If the product is received with wear or incomplete packaging (without tabs, labels, torn protection, etc.), a refund will not be possible. In this case, the product will be refunded at your own expense.
For each such shipment, you must enclose the proof of purchase. To send the products you must use the courier company that our company is ACS Courier.

For each purchase from our online store, one (1) free refund is eligible. In case you return a product and you receive the new one, if you need a change again you will have to pay the cost of the transfer to our company.
The possibility of one free refund applies to orders made within Greece and only for cases of change. Not applicable for refunds.
